UT Testing at Buxton Lime

High Peak Drones were commissioned by Buxton Lime Limited to conduct ultrasonic thickness (UT) inspections of the bag filter structure using our Elios 3 confined-space inspection drone equipped with the advanced UT Payload. 

The UT Payload enables accurate, non-destructive thickness measurements of steel and other metallic assets in difficult-to-access locations. The system provides live A-scan data, location-tagged thickness readings, and precise measurement positioning through the Elios 3's LiDAR-based mapping capabilities, allowing asset integrity and corrosion levels to be assessed safely without the need for unnecessary confined-space entry and working at height.
